- Clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Oversight and support for care teams at Abled Care and Nursing Services
Disability Support Worker
- Pay Scale - $40 to $90 per hour
- First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong person-centred approach
- Experience in personal care, daily living, community access
- Certificate III and IV in Disability / Individual Support or ageing
Business Development Manager
- Pay Scale - 75k to 85k per annum
- Experience in NDIS or healthcare sector
- Relationship-building with referrers and partners
- Ability to communicate the value
- Strategic and people-focused approach
NDIS Support Coordinator
- Pay Scale - $77 to $85 per annum
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in community services
- Relevant checks (WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening)
- Experience with NDIS Support Coordination
- Experience supporting participant goals
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of NDIS plans and funding
Female Receptionist
- Pay Scale - $28 to $32 per hour
- Front desk and reception duties

We’re always looking for experienced, friendly support workers to join the team. We currently work across New South Wales, but we’re growing all the time to meet the needs of clients. If you don’t see a post in your area, reach out anyway and introduce yourself.
If you’d like to be considered for a position, simply apply online through our portal and submit the required documents. We’ll call shortlisted candidates within 2 weeks to arrange an interview, followed by reference and background checking. If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to join us for an induction, before being matched with local clients.
Access to a car will give you maximum flexibility on the type and location of support work you’ll be offered, but it isn’t essential.
Qualifications from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) are only compulsory if you’re applying for a nursing position. Otherwise, you’ll just need a valid Australian Police Check and First Aid Certificate. Furthermore you can also see the documents required on the portal while applying for your position/
