You’ll be the go-to person—supporting individuals, advocating for their needs, and making sure they’re surrounded by the right mix of care, community, and confidence.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Community Services
Relevant Checks (WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening)
Experience with NDIS Support Coordination
Experience Supporting Participant Goals
Strong Communication and Coordination Skills
Understanding of NDIS Plans and Funding
