What is icare Attendant Care?
icare Attendant Care Services are designed to support people who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, workplace incident, or are living with a dust-related disease acquired through work in NSW.
Through icare funding, eligible individuals can receive professional and compassionate support in their homes and Abled Care and Nursing Services is here to make that process as smooth and empowering as possible.
Lifetime Care Program
Funded by icare, this scheme supports those with serious injuries from motor accidents in NSW. We provide tailored attendant care services that help you recover, rebuild, and regain independence at home.
Workers Care Program
If you’ve sustained a severe work-related injury, our team can assist you through the icare Workers Care Program, providing skilled care, therapy assistance, and help with daily living.
Dust Diseases Care
For those diagnosed with a dust disease from workplace exposure, we offer care that includes in-home nursing, domestic assistance, and support with mobility, funded by icare.

How to Get Started with icare Support
Step 1: Contact icare
Speak to your icare case manager or contact icare directly to determine your eligibility.
Step 2: Care Needs Assessment
icare will assign a health professional to assess your support needs, including input from your family and care team.
Step 3: Choose Abled Care and Nursing Services
Once approved, you can nominate Abled Care Services as your preferred provider. You’re in control — we’re here to support your choice.
Step 4: Meet Your Care Coordinator
We’ll assign you a dedicated Care Coordinator — your go-to person for everything related to your care.
Step 5: Get Matched with a Support Worker
We take the time to match you with someone who aligns with your culture, preferences, and personality.
Step 6: Begin Services
